A Russian client visited our factory and placed a bulk order for CNC laser cutting machines and CNC lathes.

A delegation of two from a heavy machinery manufacturing company in Yekaterinburg, Russia, visited our CNC equipment production base. The main purpose of their visit was to conduct an on-site inspection of the factory's production capacity and quality control system, and to sign a purchase contract on-site for one high-power CNC fiber laser cutting machine and four full-function CNC lathes for use in the metal blanking and precision turning production line of their new factory in the Ural region.

This Russian client serves the energy, mining, and rail transportation industries, consuming over 20,000 tons of steel plates annually, with their demand for turned parts increasing year by year. Previously, they mainly used European brand laser cutting machines and second-hand Japanese lathes, but were hampered by long delivery cycles and slow after-sales service response. They sought high-performance, cost-effective mid-to-high-end CNC equipment suitable for Russia's harsh, cold environment. After multiple rounds of online technical communication and sample testing, our products ultimately passed the review of their technical committee, and the client decided to make a special trip to China for on-site factory inspection and contract signing.

The customer delegation first visited the sheet metal welding workshop, assembly line, and precision testing laboratory, focusing on the following aspects:

Laser Cutting Machine Assembly Line: A 12kW fiber laser cutting machine (6m × 2.5m) ready for shipment was showcased, achieving a cutting speed of 2.2m/min for 20mm carbon steel plates with virtually no slag residue. The customer showed great interest in the follow-up cutting head, automatic focusing function, and intelligent waste material layout software.

CNC Lathe Dynamic Machining: One CK6140 and one TCK56A slant bed CNC lathe were operated on-site, continuously machining stainless steel shaft parts. Measured roundness error ≤0.003mm, surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm. The customer's technical representative personally measured the dimensional consistency of 10 consecutively machined parts, with a CPK value exceeding 1.33.

High-Altitude Adaptability Measures: Our engineers specifically introduced customized configurations for the Russian market—a fully enclosed electrical control cabinet with preheating function (operating temperature -25℃ to +40℃), low-temperature lubricating grease for critical axes, and antifreeze added to the laser coolant. The customer expressed great satisfaction.

After two days of inspection and negotiation, both parties signed a formal purchase contract on the spot, including a complete set of accessories, operating instructions (Russian version), and remote commissioning guidance. In addition, the customer purchased spare lens assemblies, nozzles, and lathe tool holder consumables packages for the laser cutting machine.

Our company promises to provide:

Shorter Delivery Time: The assembly cycle for the laser cutting machine will be reduced to 35 working days, and the lathe will complete factory inspection within 30 working days;

Dedicated Sea Freight: Direct shipping via St. Petersburg or Vladivostok ports, using moisture-proof reinforced wooden crates;

Remote Support: 24/7 Russian-language technical guidance via WeChat group and remote desktop assistance;

Local Spare Parts: Plans to establish commonly used spare parts warehouses in Moscow or Yekaterinburg.

The client's purchasing director stated, "Your equipment boasts precision comparable to European brands, and the price and our impression of Chinese equipment have completely changed. We will be purchasing vertical machining centers and wire EDM machines next, hoping to establish a long-term strategic partnership."

This visit and signing with the Russian client marks another solid step forward for our company in exporting mid-to-high-end CNC equipment to the Eastern European market. We will continue to adhere to lean manufacturing principles, providing high-rigidity, highly adaptable, and cost-effective products to clients in countries along the Belt and Road Initiative.

We welcome more overseas clients to schedule online or offline factory visits. We will provide customized solutions and multilingual service support.
