VMC1160 Vertical Machining Centers Officially Shipped to the European Market

Recently, a batch of VMC1160 high-precision CNC vertical machining centers, independently developed and manufactured by Allescnc in China, officially embarked on their journey to Europe. This marks another significant achievement for domestically produced mid-to-high-end CNC machine tools in international competition, demonstrating that "Made in China" continues to win recognition from Europe's high-end manufacturing industry for its high cost-effectiveness and superior quality.

As a representative model in the field of vertical machining centers, the VMC1160 is widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, precision molds, military, and medical equipment industries due to its excellent machining performance. The machine tool features a three-axis roller linear guide design, with X, Y, and Z axis travels of 1100mm, 600mm, and 600mm respectively. The worktable size is 1200×600mm, with a maximum load capacity of 800kg, providing high-strength heavy-duty cutting capabilities. The spindle reaches a maximum speed of 8000 to 10000 rpm, with a BT40 taper bore and an 11kW main motor. It can perform diverse machining operations such as milling, drilling, tapping, and boring on hard metals like steel, cast iron, and titanium alloys, as well as soft metals like aluminum and copper.

In terms of precision control, the VMC1160 also performs exceptionally well. Its positioning accuracy reaches ±0.008mm/300mm, and its repeatability is consistently within ±0.005mm. It can perform precision machining on complex curved surfaces, meeting the high standards of 4 micrometers for dynamic and static accuracy and 10 micrometers for metal processing accuracy. Equipped with a high-precision ball screw and a precision nut preload device, along with a tail-end pre-tensioning structure, it ensures that backlash and thermal deformation are maintained at low levels over extended periods, guaranteeing stability and consistency during long-term continuous machining.

In terms of intelligent configuration, the VMC1160 is also at the forefront of the industry. This machine supports various mainstream CNC systems, including FANUC, SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI, GSK, SYNTEC, and KND, catering to the operating habits and production needs of users in different countries and regions. Its standard configuration includes a 24-tool disc-type tool magazine with an automatic tool changer to minimize tool change time and significantly improve machining efficiency in mass production. The fully enclosed sheet metal protection and comprehensive cooling and automatic lubrication systems further ensure both environmental protection and operational safety standards, enabling the machine tool to achieve high-standard delivery in the domestic manufacturing process while fully meeting the environmental, safety, and precision requirements of overseas markets.
